South Gate Inn Apartments

The actual apartment itself is fine and the rent is a fair price but there is a lot of crime and drugged up people near the apartments and the cops have been there several times in the last few months. The management is perfectly fine and Ive had no problems.

My son lived at South Gate for a year. The apartment was safe, clean, and spacious with good appliances. The covered parking was a big bonus! Mr. Dobbs was always so helpful and very responsive to our questions, concerns, or maintenance issues. Plus, the complex is super close to NSU! If there had been a washer/dryer in the unit, I would definitely give it 5 stars (there is a laundry facility on site and a nice commercial laundromat only one block away). Thanks again, Mr. Dobbs!

Lived here for 3 years, it's way better thn most in tht town. Price isn't to bad, management will work with on thgs. Quite apartment. Would recommend.
