      image No waiting line so I was met on arrival.
      My tech showed no hesitation to dive in based on my initial description, but when I mentioned one more tiny detail that I had noticed on my screen he immediately recognized the trouble, showed me on my screen what to look for, and then fixed it. Or maybe he actually fixed ME! He was good!

      image I've had problems with both the att company and this store!! The staff is not only rude but unhelpful as well!! Would definitely recommend anyone that's looking for internet to look elsewhere. They even jack up your bill for no reason and will not explain why!!
