        The employee who helped my daughter and I did not make any effort into solving our issue. We are having trouble with the find my feature and he instantly said I own an android and not an iPhone so I have no idea how to fix that. He went on to say its an Apple problem and not an AT&T problem. Never even bothered to see if one of his 3 coworkers who likely own iPhones might be able to assist us.
