        I go to subways all the time and have never been to one as bad as this. This place is beyond filthy, I really dont know how it passes health inspection? The employees couldnt care less and have messed up multiple orders. The only reason Ive been more than once is because its on my commute every day

        Our family SUBWAY, but you guys need to get more staff there. We placed online orders that say they will be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. When we arrive, we end up having to wait 10 to 20 more minutes for our orders. It seems like the guys working in there are doing the best they can but they dont have enough staff and they dont know if theyre supposed to serve their in-store customers, the drive-through customers, or make the online orders. But at this point, I dont know what the point is of even placing them online because we have to wait so long when we get there for the order to actually be made. In addition, youve got an employee complaining to customers about his job and about how hes literally about to lose us because is late. Theres a new young guy in there working trying to do his best and obviously mortified by his partner who is complaining. This has been going on for months.
