As a previous employee here I suggest that you stay away from this subway. Yesterday when I came in there was rotisserie chicken that should have been thrown away 11/25/2021 as well as some Ceasar Dressing that needed to be tossed 3 days before my shift yesterday (12/01/2021). The shift before me was handing out moldy cucumbers on sandwiches. And I think the most disgusting was constantly having to wash dishes that were put away because they were dirty. Zach doesn't follow proper dish washing protocol, he uses cold, dirty dish water, his sanitation sink did not pass the proper guidelines per subway to be used for sanitation. Alisha chooses not to follow Subway protocol to toss bread after 8 hours because she feels it's too wasteful. I have come on shift multiple days in a row and all of the bread was hard and I was told that it was still usable when it clearly wasn't and got told I can't just write it off, we have to sell as much as possible.
