probably the worst bank I have ever worked with... refused to take payment from my wife because she was not on the account but calls day wanting payment while I'm out of and not set up to take over the phone....
now I'm needing account info for my gap claim and they can't seem to be able to email me what I need to forward to gap so they can get the payoff but once again calling daily for payment on a total loss they just received 21k check for from insurance claim

I was in a hurry and need to break a 100.00 bill. I stopped at this bank since it was right there instead of driving to my bank down the road. They said no...I was told I had to have an account with them. Really...Just to exchange a hundred for some twenties???
So I went to my bank (MidFirst) down the road where they broke my $100.00 bill. I asked them if they needed my account number and they said no. That was a silly rule!
So communitys stupid rule lost them a customer, since I was wanting to open a savings account with a federal union. I will never go back to them! Ill just go somewhere else to open a savings!

This credit union has been the worst. I originally had my car loan with them and had to have a saving account along with it. I opened a checking account also, to make it simpler for the payment process. When I opened the checking account I was told I had to pay $75 and the money would sit there until I closed the account. After 3 years, I decided to refinance my vehicle through another institution. When I went to close my accounts, I was told I owed money from 2 years ago and was only going to receive $7 from my account. I never received notice of owing any money. My account was never negative. Not once did my mobile app show that I owed money. Not once did a clerk tell me I owed money when I would go in to pay my car loan every month for those 3 years. Never had a late payments. I was told I owed NSF fees from 2017, which I do not recall and was never notified. So, someone did not do their job for 2 years! Im thinking I have this money there the entire time! On the day I try to close the account (Jan 2019), Im told they charged me $75, the day of! Absolutely ridiculous! Definitely would never recommend anyone to become a member with this institution! And encourage those who are members to do your banking elsewhere!
