Run Run Run away from these people. I have never seen so much unprofessional behavior in a Bank than OECU. I not just have experienced this from this sorry location but from other locations I have experienced. With the experience I have witnessed from all the employees I will make sure that I post this on Social Media and tell everyone who I come across. They think that they are a Bank but really they Stank! Do not Do not trust them or get your hopes up.

I had an auto loan with these guys since 2021. I recently traded in my vehicle (that the auto loan was attached to) back in February 16th of 2023. I tried numerous times through email to notify them about the trade in so I can get the balance taken off my account and such. I tried making contact with a Denise Sanchez (one of the auto loan dept. personnel) and still recieved NO response from her, since she was the one I initially spoke to. Then they had the nerve to send out a letter essentially saying that they're threatening to report me to credit bureaus if I don't make a monthly payment for something I no longer have in my possession. The dealership (Bob Howard Toyota) that I traded the vehicle at said that they sent out a check and a notice to these guys saying that they bought the car from me, and have it in their possession. I advise you do NOT do business with them in regards to car and other auto related subjects.

I regret transferring my loan over from Capital One to Oklahoma educators credit Union. Its been a complete nightmare of a process, and their team lacks basic communication and follow up. Ive had to pay a fee the last few months, just to pay my car note because they cannot get me set up for online payments. Ive written into multiple people, and cannot get any assistance. Ive never had it so difficult to pay a car note than I do with this company. I would stay far away from them as you will find yourself dealing with massive headaches and frustrations, just to make the simplest tasked come to fruition. However, maybe this is a sales tactic to generate revenue, as Im left with only one option and thats paying my car payment over the phone and having to pay their stupid $10 convenience fee. Avoid at all costs

The absolute worst experience of my life with a company! The next time they come to your school with pamphlets and pizza, saying what all their credit union has to offer... RUN! I took the bait and was completely insulted, ignored, and lied to. 2 months to process a simple loan is outrageous. Unanswered emails, phone calls not returned, given the runaround... requesting the same documentation over and over because they forgot I sent it previously... what a joke. I even had to go to my local branch and ask them to call my loan officer because she would not return my messages. When my loan was finally approved, I refused to go through the signing process, unsure of how long that would take. I missed 2 important deadlines of things I wanted to do, all because I was stuck waiting on this loan to process for 2 months. So, I ended up going back to my original loan company... was approved for twice the amount with a lower interest rate and walked out the door with my funds.... in 47 minutes.
