Cockroaches everywhere in every apartment. Snakes because of the disgusting pond. Plumbing issues always backed up.

New management has been great and this place really became amazing to live the office is nice and on top of things

The office staff are very friendly and Trish worked very fast to help me get approved and in my apartment within 24 hours. The apartment was very clean with all new appliances and fresh paint and new carpet. Neighbors all seem friendly and it's quiet for the most part. The pictures of outside look better than reality. Like the pool looks bigger in the pictures than it really is and the place doesn't seem as nice on the outside as the pics show . But overall I am very pleased so far. Rent is a lil higher than I had hoped for but I guess it's average for this area.

The office manager is super kind and helps in any way she can & Maintenance always goes above and beyond. There IS roaches and the units are quite outdated but pricing is reasonable considering this.
