        This apartment crazy, they really don't know what they are doing. This is a whole Joke. These workers need to be schooled. What a Joke this is. I won't advice anyone. Unless you really in need of a place

        I just moved out of diamond Lake Apartments not even a month ago. I told myself when I left that I would leave the apartments a horrible review. Living there was not pleasant at all during most of the time I lived there. The old management was rude. They never came and fixed work orders I would put in they would gaslight you constantly. My apartment was subpar. A lot of things were wrong with. It had multiple floods that changed when the new management came in. Ashley and Nancy are rockstars. They did everything they could to help me and they understood that this was my home. And they treated me like a person not a dollar amount. Ashley has already made amazing changes to the property like for example they now have security! Which is amazing. Before they came in, I would have never recommended anyone to live there, but since Ashley and Nancy came in, I definitely recommend you live there. If I didnt buy my own house, I wouldve stayed.

        I called earlier today about an apartment however I see no problem pronouncing her name right Valeria is the most pleasant human being that I've encountered in a long time she was kind and pleasant her skills were OUTSTANDING I was venting about my previous experience with my previous we were had already concluded that I couldn't rent there because they didn't accept section 8 well with that being said I shouldn't have been any more concerned to her she went above and beyond her call of duty if she was at work so I know she is she just act as if I was the only human being on the planet and she made me feel warm and welcome and I just need more people that care like her around.PERIOD especially when they're working with the God bless you keep doing what you doing and don't let nobody change your heart because it's beautiful.... After reading my post I used the voice text and there's a lot of errors please excuse and just read the best you can
