My husband and I recently had an amazing experience here. The car I wanted was unavailable and still in transit from the manufacturer (2024 Palisade Calligraphy nightshade edition) and the dealership let me borrow a (2024 Palisade Calligraphy) until it arrived. Our salesman Sal was amazing and and kept us informed the entire time. Jake in Finance was amazing as well. The entire process was smooth and we left with a beautiful vehicle and felt really good about our purchase. 10/10 would recommend buying from here.

Drove my vehicle their to get a recall done two weeks later they call and tell me that my fuel pump is bad which i replaced 2 months prior, had to tow it to a different dealership and guess what!!! The fuel pump relay was missing. Dont waste your time and money at Norman Hyundai

The process was a massive headache, most of which was probably not the dealers fault. Currently there seems to be a shortage of the particular kind of car that I was looking to purchase.
Things that the dealership could control were.
Better attention to detail in the detailing process. There was glass in the seat of the loaner I received. Albeit it was dark when I got into it. However, I did end up with glass in my own rear end. Ouch.
Clean your dealership
Clean your bathrooms ASAP.
Don't tell a customer that you have a vehicle that you do not have. Getting it from another dealership? Secure It, before you tell the customer that they have bought it. .
Hunter Conaway was quite patient in putting up with my frustration over the process.
A week later, and I finally have my car.. not the color that I wanted, but my car at the payment I was willing to pay. Don't tell customers that you owe them 2 details and 2 tanks of gas when you have intentions of providing either.

This dealership have wrong advertising online sale price. When we going to buy car at dealer ship they sale above price they said. Online sales price showing dealership discount and financing discount not get it when you go to really purchase they laid online. manager Randy have not sense to talk to customer. We went there three times to get there car but its not available and waste of 2 hours each time not find in parking lot and waste our times We got called and message its confirmed available to pickup but its like gambling with us. Its like not customer value about spending times.Norman Hyundai dealership not suggesting to buy any vehicles. Its robbing you price said and charging more price. Dont buy. Go to other dealers ship in Oklahoma city get good prices and customer value. Manager have no respect talk to customer. Be alert before go there.
