    I would not even give one star but the experience I had was awful. The sales person was going to let me walk out with a car that the check engine light was on and he says nothing was wrong. But when I brought my father to look at he looked it over and test drove and said no due to the transition not working right. There should not ever be a car on the lot to sell if it has issues that has not been fixed.

    Let me strat by saying this company bob howard hyundai was very unprofessional I had a issue with a vechile brand new it had a defect from the factory they keep putting me off as I called hyundai directly they told me to take the car back to exchange it since it was brand new I had to go back up there and sit down and talk to the new car manger he's telling me to switch vechiles there is a 10 percent restocking charge as he is telling me this my salesman is behind him laughing Ali Islam which I found very disrespectful I would never by a car from this place as they don't care about the customer and huyndai in there shadow hyundai could not get the part for the vechile that was defective hyundai personally has told me to let people know of this experience and the way they are treating there customers if u get a vechile from these guys be careful
