Tellers are all great but good luck making a deposit via ATM. Thing has been broken almost every other time I visit.

In the past, Chase used to be a very, very good bank customer service was number one and was really hard to beat. Then all of a sudden the local Chase Banks started disappearing off of the map and customer service at these locations were almost non-existent, especially since they were trying to push off most of your banking to the automated machines. But today was a little different. The walk-in was super friendly and they didn't seem to push me towards the automated machine and asked what I needed. I had a bank teller named Ismael who really stood out as having superior knowledge, listening skills, and customer service beyond. I appreciate his help and his kindness and most of all happy and smiling through all the transactions.
