I had an issue with fees being charged on my account I called and spoke to customer service on the phone multiple times getting different information no one really listening so I came in person to this location slightly frustrated. The ladies at this bank were AMAZING and LISTENED to what I was trying to tell them and fixed the problem in minutes they were very professional despite my frustration! Thank you so very much for helping me and huge shout out to Tamiyia she deserves employee of the month literally listened and understood where I was coming from with no hesitation took care of it ..amazing customer service!!!!! This branch is by far the BEST!!!!!!
