The most unprofessional company I have ever used. They DESTROYED my clothes, no remorse, no apology. These are my things that I paid for to have taken care of by a company and they could care less. Do not come here

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They must have monkeys doing the laundry there as they ruined my clothes at which they did not apologize or take responsibility. The lack of professionalism here is beyond and completely and utterly unacceptable.

Wish I could give negative 5 stars. Took 5 very high quality jackets in to be cleaned and they ended up ruining my Canada Goose jacket. RUINED. Told them they needed to fix it or replace it and they wouldn't do either. Still made me pay for the other jackets and left me with a ruined $1500 jacket. Their customer service was terrible and I would NEVER recommend anyone take their clothes there unless they wants to take a huge risk of having them ruined.
