Tide Dry Cleaners

I have been consistently let down. Over promises, under deliver. Very poor communication amongst the staff. I have dropped off several loads over the years where an employee will say they will personally make sure these items get done, each time items were either lost or not ready when they set the expectation of being ready. None of the staff takes ownership of any actions. Tide is a great name, unfortunately this franchise location is dragging the name through the mud! Avoid!!

I tried their same day service for the first time today. I was told that my items would be ready by 5:0”. I show up at 6:30 and am told that their presser broke today so my son’s dress shirts would not be ready until Thursday. Well that will not work because he needs them for tomorrow. I say that I will hand press them. The guy proceeds to hand me back wet dress shirts and charged me full price for the pants. Worst service ever!! SO unprofessional!!
