Awful experience. I went with my husband and kids to buy 2 phones, 2 watches and add my mother to our account. The guy was annoyed the whole time, kept huffing and puffing like a child. When we asked questions about our phones or how to transfer our info he made us feel incredibly dumb. We left and NOTHING he told us to do worked. We ended up at Apple because he very poorly misinformed us about how to set up our phones and watches. Weve had to call AT&T over and over again because our watches werent even set up to have internet or added to our account. It has honestly been the biggest pain when it shouldve been an easy transition. I DO NOT recommend going here.

The gentleman named Shane that works at this store is awesome! We went to the store in Edmond for the 1st time the absolute best hands down experience he was so calm and a super big help!! He never once got frazzled or anything just absolutely friendly and respectful! I left after my 2hr ordeal with new phones, watches and now I can even get internet through them!! Highly highly recommend Shane and the people he works with!!!

My apologies if I don't have the names right - Caleb, store manager, and Jason - FANTASTIC!!!!!! I had never met them before but they seemed like old friends the way they explained every single question (converting from copper based internet service to air/cell internet) that I asked until I had no more questions. And I can ask a lot of questions! I can't imagine better customer service than what I experienced there today. I'd give 10 stars if I could!
