      image Oh my gosh...the worst customer service experience ever! After paying my bill on time for over a year on 4 lines only to discover the most important phone, mine, which was the most expensive and I know I had told them I wanted insurance on it...I trusted them to have put the insurance on my phone and they never did. So I had been paying for insurance on everyone else's phone apparently without knowing it until I needed to replace my phone. Went 4 days back forth between insurance and metro and never got any resolution. My advice save your self the trauma and go with another company. The people that run this store took no responsibility to make their mistake right and wasted my time. I've never been treated so disrespectful in my life
