I have had nothing but problems with online banking. Their system dropped my business account and won't allow me to log into it. Everytime I attempt to order stuff online I get rejected because they say the address doesn't match when it does. I've had it. My wife and I aren't loaded but we'll be taking our banking elsewhere.

I wanted to open a checking account here, but when I read the litany of irrelevant personal questions, I did not. Asking people on a bank account application where they were born is a question that is neither relevant, nor required by state or federal law. Neither is asking questions such as where ones parents were born, the amount of car payments or rent, etc. Furthermore, the person whom assisted me was not rude, but they definitely had an air about them as if I was some type of derelict. Yes, Karen, some people whom are self employed and under the age of fifty earn more than you do! The attitude of this person cost them an account that would have started with a sizeable balance. I definitely do not recommend this bank. Then again, a bank that rents out half of the space of their building to a butcher shop probably isn't the most reliable of banks. 🤣
