So I don’t tan but needed a base for vacation. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. The store a d beds are very clean. Nice to visit a place that understands customer service

I have used Tan Your Moon for several years on and off and my main reason for staying with them was the workers were amazing and very friendly! HOWEVER, I recently discovered I had skin cancer on my back. I called up and spoke to the girl which I won’t name on here and advised her I needed to cancel my membership. She said I would have to come in. I told her I was out of town and wouldn’t be back for a couple of weeks. She said “ok I’ll go ahead and fix it for you but normally you would have to come in” I took her at her word that she canceled my subscription and come to find out it was never canceled! I went in to the location and was REFUSED the opportunity to speak with the owner!! The worker was so disrespectful and rude!! The worker said I will never be able to get a refund for the months I didn’t even use their services will NOT BE ABLE TO SPREAK WITH THE OWNER!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! I will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! Go to Glo Tanning!! Much much better all Around and they don’t try to rob people Of money for services they didn’t get!!
