        The place isn't anything like last year. Everyone knew your name and they were timely about cleaning machines or getting you in. Now all the rooms are dirty while the girls are just sitting in the massage chair room on their laptops having a powow or sayin a room just isn't available when really it's just needing to be cleaned. Sad.
