Very disappointed with the flaws in my home and yard built by Roland homes. They use the cheapest materials and put together the house so extremely fast that brackets are put on backwards in cabinets, the supposed marble is fake and just has an outer layer that looks like marble but wears away.Builder's grade stove w/a broiler that's unusable, dishwasher that it will not run w/ hot water unless you turn sink on first to get hot water,1st 9 yrs ,had no hot water in kitchen & called Roland homes to repair this major problem but they refused.Had to hire a plumber to properly lay pipe to allow hot water to reach kitchen.Poor cement job on driveway&patio w/ crumbling &cracking cement.Cheap windows that ALL LEAK & ONE window will only open about 7" !! Cheap carpet. Hot water tank exploded on top & had to buy a new one.Had to replace Air Conditioner in 10 yrs.Painting hired by Roland , not professional work.Paint on window sills chips away too easy & doesn't adhere to wood.Had to properly paint the walls.They used a cheap flat paint that isn't washable.Didn't notice before buying all the flaws plus the yard was NOT graded properly & doesn't drain good but ends up w/ standing water on ground which attracts snakes from neighborhood ponds! I would tell all to never buy a Roland Home!
