Do not use this builder. Pure incompetence from watching how the tile people didn’t know how to lay tile to the builder purposely trying to cut costs by using other, cheaper materials than the original plans called for to the builders cleaning crew scratching large picture windows because they used abrasive materials to clean said windows and the builder refusing to fix the problem. So if anyone wants to know which builder to NOT use........

I bought a spec home from Patriot and love it. I’ve been here about 6 months and I haven’t had any major issues. The couple of issues that came up where fixed in a timely matter.

I purchased a Patriot home in June of 2018. Up until last week i thought very highly of Patriot homes. As with all new homes there were minor issues that needed repair after moving in, and they would stand by there work and come out and fix any and all issues. Last week i received a 400.00 water bill and come to find out there were two leaks in the water line going from the meter to the house. After having someone come out and address the issue i was told that when the line was being ran from the meter to the house for some reason there was a break in the line and they cheaply reconnected the two lines with a Pex line. I was told that it is not wrong to do but its a very cheap way to fix a problem. The repair guy installed a brass line and sealed it correctly. The other leak was the line going into the meter. I have not been in my home a year and to have a major issue like this i feel Patriot should honor and stand by there work. I paid 325.00 to get the line fixed correctly and i am seeing what the water company can do to help with the bill. I reached out to Patriot and i was told " We have had the wettest winter in almost one hundred years and this cause the clay to expand and can break pipes and pull apart Pex line." Patriot refuses to stand by there work and pay for the repair bill. Patriot you have lost my faith and any future business with me over a matter of 325.00. ***********IN RESPONSE TO OWNERS RESPONSE*************** I have noticed every time someone post a negative comment you are quick to find an excuse as to why the customer is wrong, or you find some sort of loop hole that does not hold you accountable. As for the Pex "pipe" it is flexible rubber hose that is cheap. "Average pipe prices at home improvement centers are $0.40-$0.50 a linear foot for PEX, " That is straight from the internet. The guy that you told me to call even said it was a cheap fix. He took the time to go and purchase a brass tube to fix it correctly . im sure he paid more than .50 cents a foot. You talk about how good your company is and how much you love and appreciate "your" Patrons, but when one of them needs you to step up and stand behind your work you are quick to find a reason not too. And you say you block negative comments and people from your facebook page. Because you are wanting to stay positive? Or is it because you dont want people to see the negative feed back? You stated in previous comments and videos that you have removed cancer from your company and replaced it with better people. It seems like there is still some left to remove.
