This used to be the best pharmacy in Broken Arrow, its definitely not anymore. The staff turnover is ridiculous, Ive always picked up my dogs phenobarbital seizure medication at my convenience.

Horrible service! They tell you over the phone that you can pick up and its teDy then when you get there its not ready. They wont give you an estimated time and act as if they dont care. If youre thinking of using the Walgreens at 71st & Lynn Labd in Broken Arrow please dont. Any other Walgreens is better than this one

The service was very poor. There was a long line, one cashier, and 2 others packing shelves. After a while, one of the you g ladies came to get my information. She couldnt find my prescription, walked back and forth. She proceeded to joke with the pharmacist about having seen it at some point and who was the guilty person. It was pretty bad.

This pharmacy is truly a disaster. I chose to use this pharmacy since it is open 24/7 and has a drive-thru, but these benefits do not outweigh the disappointing experience. I have used this pharmacy for over a year now (plenty of time for them to work out any kinks), however it is still a bad experience every time I go. I was started on a medication where I take half of a pill twice a day for one week, and then increase my dose to one pill twice a day, thereafter. After I completed that first course of the medication, you would think they (being a pharmacy and all) would know that I need 60 pills for a 30 day supply. Unfortunately, that was not the case, and I had to repeatedly argue with them to get my refills. I requested to have applicable medications set to renew automatically and to be notified when refills are needed/ready for pick-up. Yet, every month, I have to be the one to call and get my medications refilled and call to ensure they are ready for pick-up. There have been a few times where I am waiting to my prescription to be refilled, but it is out of stock, and no one notified me so I can make other arrangements. The wait time on the phone to speak to an actual human being is long. I have had to wait on hold for 20+ minutes before getting any assistance. The drive-thru line is always a 30+ minute wait, and the line inside the building is just as long. While the staff is friendly, the overall experience is dreadful. I will definitely be changing pharmacies.
