Walgreens Pharmacy

Not sure why their hours changed. But not being open on the weekend and closing early really screws alot of folks. I will say though, that Denver goes above and beyond for customers!

Well I think it's absolutely terrible when One bad Apple spoils the whole bunch however. I had no choice but to take down my previous five star well commented review because of one bad seed, i don't know who the dark-haired old woman is up there but she got an attitude problem and she's incompetent. I went in and was just trying to load some money on my Chime which they have done at this location for me at least 8 to 10 times. However this was the first time I would have this particular dark-haired old woman trying to help me, She tried my card once said it doesn't work and send me on my way, Okay I can accept that it doesn't work they'll get it fixed and i come back in the two or three days and everything all right. Wrong, went back two days later same dark-haired old lady takes care of me again runs my card once says it doesn't work send me on my way. So I asked if she contacted tech support concerning this issue and she said no, I said well you probably should right, and she walked away mumbling something I couldn't hear so I'm not going to speculate what she said but I can only imagine. So I left waited another 3 days I went in and again repeated the same process I mentioned IT again she just walked off and finally I told her she was incompetent and I asked her why she hadn't called Walgreens IT support She said something under her breath as she walked off I don't know what she said definitely, sounded rude and something about not telling her how to do her job or something like that I kind of heard a little bit so now I'm reporting it. First here and then an email for CEO of Walgreens, now I'm going to lay it out for him and watch the see if anything gets done. I'm sure the CEO don't like to be troubled with emails like the one I'm about to send him. I'll post my original review in the comments for this review so you can see I had a positive perspective of the store, but that old lady with the dark hair if she is management she doesn't need that job she's not good with customers she can't relate to people apparently
