        I cannot say enough good about these guys and gals. From the 1st phone call all the way till the service was done, they have been nothing but honest and upfront about what was wrong and what it was going to take to take care of the problem all the way to the end where the bill comes. They honored their quote. You sure can bet they have earned our business. Thanks

        They have given up. They installed central air and heat for me 1.5 yrs ago. The heat is great. AC, not so good. I have a 1500 sq ft house. My last bill was $310, this month projected to be over $400. The unit never shuts off or gets the house to desired temp. They said I needed insulation in the walls. I have that. I questioned maybe more vents are needed. I was told someone would be out that week. Nope. I am a sr citizen with a limited income. Now I turn the unit off during the peak hours (2-7 pm) every day in hopes of having a bill under 400. I dont mean to sound completely negative. These guys did an awesome job installing during an ice storm no less! Kept me warm while everything was done. Were most courteous and caring! Great people! Services: Heating system installation, Install AC

      Viki, this is a far cry from the first review you gave us when we fixed all of your gas pipe, gas meter and electrical issues on the original install. AT NO ADDITIONAL CHAREGE! It's been 105 degrees for almost two months now. Everyone's power is high usage and costly. I told you when we were in the area, we would check that everything was ok. More ducts are not going to help. You have an older house, old windows and doors. Not enough insulation. An old big non efficient Window Ac (you left out of your story) that you run in your addition. Which that was why you first called me, and we went right out, and the neighbor already had torn apart and took the motor out of it. I had the information for free weatherization programs that you would qualify for as well. We spoke on August 4th. So, it's not like I have not been in contact with you. Anyone that uses us knows we go over and beyond. This is the 3rd negative review in 10 yrs. that I have received. Some people you just can't please. Here is the bottom line. You have Ac!!! I'm more concerned about people that do not have Ac in the peak of the summer. Any decent person would understand that should come first, instead of slandering me on google.
