        I have tried to call these guys altogether more than 10 times for different incidents in the past few years. They had only responded my call ONCE!!! Every time I had to call Allstate national line for my cases and complain about this local agent. I wonder how you can do business without answering phone calls.

        You will regret it if you ever choose Allstate. I didn't want Eric to be our insurance agent to begin with and we were forced to go with him because he is the one that I contacted first. Another agent with Allstate told me he was going to save us money on our policy but we had to go through Eric because he's our agent and Eric claimed he was going to call me back and he never did. I even attempted to call him today to get help on my daughter's rental and he hung up on me. CHOOSE WISELY when looking for an insurance agent.
