If I could give zero stars I would! This company is absolutely horrible to work with! Had them for years then one day just dropped us and we had no idea! No letters, no email, no phone call about non renewel so here we are driving without insurance we didnt even know about and 4 days later I get in my first wreck seriously since college so 20 years ago and I have no insurance to fix my own car and now the bmv is trying to charge me and my husband non compliance for insurance when we have had insurance our entire lifes and the one time I actually need to make a claim and use it I cant! Paid them money for years! They are pieces of garbage and should be put out of business!

Peggy is a completely rude person and extremely unprofessional and unorganized. For someone doing this for 35 years you sure aint leaned a thing. Worst company Ive ever delt with.

Attempting to pay Homeowners premium by phone - by far, the worst system ever. You have to listen to endless commercials. It's so bad I'm thinking of changing. One of the most ridiculous systems I've ever encountered. Shame on Western Reserve, I do think you can do better:(
