The girl taking my order was more interested in the conversation she was having than my order. Which is probably why she charged me $21.00 for two meals that I didnt even order. The fries looked and tasted like they were 8 hours old. Come back to the store and the manager wasnt even surprised my order was wrong and laughed about it. Worst arbys I have ever experienced and Ive worked in 44 states.

First of all I come in here all of the time. My experiences here are always great the staff is very friendly and that woman in the kitchen makes my food to perfection. But last night I came in and sat down to enjoy my food with my two kids and this woman who was there with a group came over to our table to quiet down my kids. Kids are going to be kids but if these ladys wanted everyone in the restaurant to be quiet they should have taken their game somewhere else!

The service was good, but the food was awful. Got the fish, was soggy, barely warm, also got the Reuben, which was barely warm, the sauce was non-existent, not a lot of meat. Both were a combo, the curly fries were warm, and hard, like they had been there a while. Will not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
