Cashier didn't want to wait on people and made it very clear. Then to top it off order was wrong. Not impressed.

I had a really terrible experience about a month ago now. I waited over an hour for my food that I never received. They asked me to pull around and wait 3 minutes. The lobby was closed so I couldn't go in. I have called customer care the different times about my negative experience and keep getting told that someone will contact me. No one ever has. I'm very disappointed both with the terrible experience I had and the lack of caring to even reach out to me about it.

Had no one to take my order which is fine but they got rude about it, told me to order at a kiosk that was down. Bathrooms are gross and the floors have black mold

Went there tonight and the girl working was super rude. They were understaffed and she was super disrespectful when asked anything. You could tell the girl was obviously on drugs that was working. Never seen something so unprofessional and felt bad for the family that was there waiting on the food being talked to so horribly by someone who works there. The dark haired girl needs fired immediately. .

Terrible service. Fries were thrown in the bag and cold and hard. Didnt receive everything we ordered. Went in to address this and was told to get out. Will never go here again.
