My mother-n-law has lived here for many years and she absolutely loves it! In the summer, we like to enjoy the pool! The community is stunning and the management is top-notch! My suggestion to the recent reviews about the parking: dont sign a contract if you dont agree to all of the terms. If you want to live like trash, go a little further down 161, this isnt the place!

If you want to have management decide without warning that your literal driveway is a fire lane and tow you FROM YOUR OWN DRIVEWAY, then this is the place for you :)

As long as you dont have a maintenance issue this place is great. You are at the mercy of the property management. I had an issue with mold making me sick and water pouring into the apartment when it rained. They took a ridiculous amount of time to fix it and then acted as if I was wrong for wanting it fixed. They said since I mentioned getting a lawyer they couldnt talk to me unless it was email. Now I cant get anything else fixed. I was kind and professional and was treated and continued to be treated unfairly. My apartment dryer hasnt worked for 10 days. They said they will get to it when they can. Ridiculous. Its been out since 2/28

As a current resident, the only positive thing I can say about this complex is the nature view. We have had a horrendous time living here. Regret signing our 15 month lease. Upon moving in, we were told great things about updates to our place and upon moving in, nothing was clean, scratches all over the hardwood, random stains all throughout our place. Which now approaching the end of our lease, we are STILL trying to get this place clean. Our extra bedroom window leaks whenever it rains or snows, therefore making the carpet and everything around it wet. Our main water line had multiple holes in it causing water to leak in the utility room/basement. When they renovated our balconies and back porch, the company threw everyones furniture over by the pond leading us to have to climb over the ledge to get our table and chairs. They towed my car without notice for leaving it outside of our garage for less than 10 mins while I went back inside and had to pay over $100 to get it back. Can never get ahold of the leasing office. We pay extra for the valet trash, yet our trash will randomly not be collected for days, as well as random people throwing their trash into our trash can. Which is absolutely ridiculous. Our neighbors continuously park within our walk path, blocking the area. Ive tried reaching out about this and nothing was done to fix this issue. I cant recommend this place to anyone. Its not worth the money and the company doesnt care about their residents.

This is one more star than this managment company deserves to have. The thing I look forward to most right now in life is moving out of this complex. The place was great until the harbor managment group took over. Now, it has been by far the worst living situation I have ever experienced and Im stuck here until the end of this lease. Theyve removed all guest parking and proceeded to tow all the residents. They keep changing the rules and towing cars again with no notice. They expect guests to park at the bottom of a steep hill, on a dangerous curve, and walk all the way to the apartments which is asinine in the first place. Have a family member with weak knees? Too bad :) Want to have a couple friends over but they drive seperate? Theyll have to walk :) They are forcing residents to use their garages for parking so they dont have to give more parking passes (for the practically EMPTY LOT NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO PARK IN). Because, ya know, who uses their own garage for storage? Crazy right! In the year I lived here before harbor took over, never once did I see the lot full or not have somewhere to park. They took away all the parking so residents have enough space and promised over and over they would reinstate guest parking, only to inform me 6 months later it would not be coming back. No reason why. No explanation. Just gone :) The apartment itself is falling apart and maintenance NEVER comes. The walls to the stairs are cracking from the foundation shifting. My roommates bathroom has a crack in the wall going from the corner of the door to the ceiling. EVERY SINGLE DOOR STICKS. Our faucet is falling off on the kitchen sink. Will any of this be fixed by the time were moved out? Well if we judge by the last time I put In maitnence requests, itll be 6 months before any of them are touched and that was only because I threatened with escrow. The office makes it extremely clear they dont care about the current residents and want them to leave so they can raise the rent on new residents. Ive not had a pleasant interaction with a single person in management or front office. They are unwilling to work with any of their residents and frankly talk to them as less than human. You are THEIR TENANT. Not an individual who happened to resign a lease right before it was taken over by actual monsters. If youre looking for a place to live, youd be better off living across town than living somewhere run by these horrendous people.

Marji, our records show a leaking window reported on 1/9/24. We contracted out the repair, the window was repaired and the vendor reported no sign of mold. We did receive your service request on Monday regarding your dryer. It is in the queue and will be addressed as soon as possible. We handle service requests in the order in which they’re received. It is our policy to limit communication to email or some other form of written communication to ensure our records are accurate given your intention to get an attorney. It is, of course, within your rights to do so and we respect that. To be clear, we welcome any written communication and will continue to respond efficiently and professionally. Thank you.
