I alwas love a good deal. But having nice employees an 11% rebate most of the time on almost everything in store does help this store remain at the top of my list for great shopping experiences.

I was there two weeks ago today. I got some nice help from the guy in garden, who got me some chair cushions down, I also got some help when I was upstairs. Was a little disheartening, though, when I was downstairs, with a whole cart of items and needed to use the restroom. I parked my cart in front of an aisle and took my wallet and keys to the restroom and I had a Menards employee, she ran and followed me into the bathroom and watched me go into the stall. That really ticked me off, because she was acting like I was stealing when in fact, I was just using the restroom so I could continue shopping. I spent close to $300 that day and I found that very disrespectful as a shopper. I dont know that Ill visit this store again, and spend my hard earned money.

Love this place. Well laid out. Great selection of merchandise. The App helps you find things in the store.
