Worst car dealership!! They do not inspect their cars before resale and they do not give you what your promised! horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went because we received a promotion in the mail, haven't been to one of these dealership promotions in years. They are close to home and the prizes looked decent. I figured you always get the cheapest gift. Well, 100.00 dollars in gold coins isn't to bad. So we went.Big mistake. After they get all your information including birthdate they have you spin a wheel to see your prize. I.00 gold coin. Read the fine print. Everyone left with a coin while i was there. 25 minutes of my life wasted. I should have known better. They called me first thing the next day. SCAMMERS WITH MY INFORMATION. BE Warned.

Saw Bart's ad on TV, didn't expect much, but the lot was not too far away, so I went to take a look. Had a budget of $5000, there were only half-a-dozen cars on the lot in that category, and only one of them looked interesting, the 2001 Caddy Seville, 150,000 miles. Since I only needed a car for less than a year, I figured it would probably do the job. Although the TV ad stated that Bart's had its own full-time mechanic, the salesman said there had been none for several months. I don't know much about cars, I didn't ask to have a garage check it over, took a short test drive, saw as many buttons on the dashboard as are on an airplane instrument panel, listened to the chunk of the car door closing, and asked to have a day to think it over (there were a couple of other cars from private newspaper ads I wanted to check out). The boss came over and joined salesman John, and they put gentle but effective sales pressure on me to keep me from leaving the lot without closing the sale. After picking up the car, I took it to the local Cadillac dealer's for a complete checkup, as I was planning to drive 1500 miles on vacation a week later. Expecting a bill of several hundred dollars for alignment, brakes, slay bars, muffler, spark plugs and frammis widgets, I was astonished to find out that the car only needed an oil change. Drove the 1500 miles without the slightest problem, and am delighted with the purchase. Bart's was in no hurry to cash the check, and since they knew I would not be needing the car for long, they asked me to give them the chance to buy it back when I was through with it. That gave me even more confidence that the car will last that year without major repairs. Highly recommended!

Thanks Bart's! Bunch of scammers!!!! Breaks went out after 3 months! All of the fluid gone. Transmission leaks, valve cover gasket leaks bad... I wanted a loan through my bank and applied through my bank so why did Barts run my credit 4 times!!!??? Horrible horrible horrible car dealer.... buyer beware
