I finally got a call back from the dealership, Matt reached out, accepted what had happend on behalf of the dealership. He went above and beyond and made things right. The paperwork issue has been resolved. Based upon my conversation with Matt and what he has done to resolve the problem and make things right, I would give them another opportunity to earn my business. Thanks for your help and making up for the problems we had.

I purchased a used vehicle off of them a few months back. The buying process was great, they were happy to make the sale. The customer service after the sale is non existent. After 2 months, my temporary tags are expired. I have not received a title or any paperwork in the mail to get a registration and tags. The dealership also arranged financing for me, the bank they financed through has no record and I have not received any loan paperwork in the mail. I have made numerous attempts to speak with someone, each time to either be transferred to someone different each time or to be told that someone will look into it and call me back and never receive a returned call. I have left several messages and have yet to receive a return call. Unacceptable customer service. I will not shop here again and would not recommend them to anyone. on 3/18/23 After almost 2 months of owning the vehicle, the vehicle has been great. The customer service, not so much. My temporary tags are expired, have not received a title from the dealership to get the registration. I am supposed to have a payment due this month but have not seen anything from the bank. The bank has not received anything from the dealership. I have called the dealership to be told someone will call me back or to be transferred to a line that never picks up. Based upon my experience, I would not shop here again.
Great buying experience. The finance dept. was busy and overwhelmed, could use an extra hand to make the process go quicker but they were very accommodating and made us feel at home while we waited. Overall great experience and would buy here again.

image I bought a used car of Lexis of Dayton. I was told it needed a motor but it was under warranty but the car had to go in my name first. It took 9 weeks to actually get to drive my new car. I had made two car payments on a car that was suppose to be fix in 3-4 weeks. Once I purchased the car, I had to keep checking on the status of the car. I had to call the manager several times to try to get Voss to fix my car. I felt I wasn't helped by Lexis, since they were the ones who sold me the car. They gave me a loaner car but no one wanted to keep track of the car I just purchased from them.
Then when I finally got it back, the back up camera did not work. Which I didn't know because I never could test drive the car because it needed a motor. The sales man dropped it off at my house and left. It also needed breaks and tires. I was told then it wasn't the motor and just needed reprogrammed. That wasn't u set warranty and the sales man acted like they did me a favor by the dealership paying for that.
I still have not received any paperwork on the title so I can not get plates and the sales person did not get back to me abt the broken camera or the title and we are going on week 2. Now I have to call again and track down the title paperwork so I can get plates and see if I can get the camera fixed.
I feel like once the sale was made, no one wanted to help me. I have made over three stops at the dealership and several calls. I'm very disappointed in the services I have received. This is the first car I bought from Lexis of Dayton... I thought they had a better name then the poor service I have received. Would not recommend!
