I felt like I was an interruption to their day.....the individual who waited on my wife and me was rude and not very good at communicating. She actually got up while looking at the front window and simply walked way after starting a conversation with us. When she came back with her lunch she commented to a co-worker that her food was just dropped off at the door. I get it, but no excuse me or I will be right back???? So rude. I have been with sprint for 22yrs. My wife and I just made time out of our busy schedule to try to get our account switched to T-Mobile and were told with our situation we should have called customers service. So frustrated I didn't even want to ask for the sim cards we had come in for. I hope the store manager reads this and helps their employees to be better listeners and more "put yourself into their shoes" how it makes a person feel. Let alone a paying customer.
