Employees here is so rude. I came to see if I could sign up for T-Mobile service, and they are not nice at all. If the customer dont understand, just explain, plus they are men, Im women. Not nice at all, both of them name Tyler, what !

It was awesome service. First of all. I felt the T-Mobile experience once I walked in. I was greeted like 5 times. (()) Tyler, the Associate Manager, jumped right in and got me what I needed and recommended some great extended battery options. Peyton, The mobile Expert, really took my experience to the next level. With his willingness to assist me and his awesome customer service, I got all my questions answered quickly and my needs met. Peyton even gave me some really great Discord Moderating advise too. Thanks a lot I checked out and was done in a flash!! Quick service I had so much time left I enjoyed a quick NFT conversation with Corey from T-Mobile corporate office, who was visiting the store today. Awesome meeting you and meeting Mike and Brian also. Thanks guys!! I really felt valued and left a very happy customer. Overall, I had a great experience, got the right help with some accessories to keep my phone charged while traveling on flights. Thank you again T-Mobile. - Mahonale Waters

super helpful and friendly staff. They met all of my needs and made sure I was fully set before I left the store. Would definitely come to this location again in the future! Both Tylers were extremely helpful

Tyler has horrible customer service, is very unprofessional and is very rude. He does not care about his job, as he treats people very disrespectfully and will only help customers if they agree to buy extra products. I would recommend going to a different T-Mobile store.
