I WOULD LEAVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD, IT WAS BY FAR THEE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER INCOUNTERED WITH A BUSINESS. I SENT MY TAXES TO HER IN THE BEGINNING OF JANUARY SHE HAD THEM FOR OVER 6 WEEKS WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING ONLY TO HIT THE DEADLINE AND NEED TO FILE AN EXTENSION, HOWEVER SHE ACCIDENTALLY FILED MY INCOMPLETE TAXES INSTEAD OF MY EXTENSION! THEN I HAD TO WAIT WEEKS FOR THE IRS TO SEND THE TAXES BACK. THEN WAIT ANOTHER 3 MONTHS FOR HER TO DO A SIMPLE AMMENDMENT TO THE TAXES...IT NEVER GOT DONE!!! I TOOK MY MESSED UP TAXES FROM HER AND I WENT ELSEWHERE FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO CLEAN UP HER MESS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU USE HER FOR YOUR TAXES. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Don't recommend this place. They're not up to date on things. Had taxes done on March 3rd, informed her on the mistake and she said she's never heard of it.. Its been 15 years ago when the IRS started the one time tax free HSA contribution. She knew nothing about. When we call shes never available and doesn't return our call. Still waiting for the amendment. They have no business doing taxes if they don't take the time to keep up-to-date!!

Been going here for quite sometime. Always had a good experience until this year. I cant get a email / call back from the lady who does my taxes. Ive called multiple times. Sent multiple emails in regards of my tax return that I needed to clear up. I understand that everything is backed up with the IRS and the ladies in the office are very busy but, I would love a call back.
