        Very disappointing experience all around. Charged way more than FB advertised ad promo, never got a call back after dropping off docs on Monday (had to follow up on Thursday just to get them finished), the original person that entered my data did not seem experienced at all...and on top of all that, I started getting non-stop calls from fraudulent people trying to sell me health insurance the day after I gave my info to them. I have no idea if that is why the spam calls started or not, but still... I could've done everything myself, but decided to use a "tax-pro" this year. Bad decision.
