Dr. Schmakel and his staff at the VIP evaluated my child and assured me that their program would improve his ability in the classroom. I paid $8,000 and did hours of work and hundreds of miles traveling. When there was no improvement I went back to him and asked what else could be done at which time he tried to send me elsewhere. I asked for a partial refund and he then claimed that he and his staff never said that the program would help my child in the classroom. In short he and his staff failed to help my child and then lied to cover up their failure.
