Dr. K is the best eye doctor I've seen in years! He was professional, funny, and addressed my concerns! Casey W. at the front desk was also wonderful, personable, and extremely knowledgeable about insurances which was a big help! Being able to schedule online is also easy and convenient!!!

Don't be fooled by the high Google rating. This was from when they were local Pinnacle Eye Group. They need to remove all Pinnacle ratings to give you an accurate snapshot. Ever since Pinnacle Eye Group sold out to Eye Care Specialties customer service disappeared. Ridiculous that I cannot call the local phone number and get that office, but instead get a call center for scheduling. When you press 0 to be connected to office, you hear about 5 minutes worth of " your call is important to us" and then get tossed into a service to leave a voice mail. It's been 2 days and I've yet to receive a call back from someone. Unacceptable. Time to find a new provider. You were great when you were local. Too bad you sold out.

2023 Update: sadly Pinnacle sold out to a national chain and now my rating is a 2 star at best. They no longer use a local lab so turn around time is much, much longer. When I call the office I cannot get a person on the phone without entering multiple prompts, and have even been sent to voice-mail after all that. It's also a huge disappointment to have to pay the entire lens and frame charges at time of order. Pinnacle used to only require down and the remainder at pickup. This was much more convenient for the customer. Local is always better than a national chain! Your customers are noticing and are not pleased. 2019: Totally understand how they won the title of "Best of Toledo"! Staff is amazing. From the moment you walk in the door, you are not just a number, but a valued client/patient. Wish I would have gone to them sooner.
