Never received my test results. Called to try and get them, and they could not find my name in the data base. This quest diagnostics I got my labs at somehow messed up the location I got them done at and entered a different one, in a different state, hence why they couldnt find my results.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Scheduled an appointment for a drug test that I need by a deadline. Checked hours daily because I had read reviews that complained about this place having nobody there even though they had an appointment. When I get here, they're closed due to no internet. Obviously that's something that is out of their control, but at BARE minimum they should be calling/emailing all of the people that had appointments scheduled. When I came, there were at least 5 others that also showed up for their appointment, and I know all time slots were filled for that day. Now I'm screwed

I need to know if they take my insurance. I have no idea why they don't have a live person to talk to. Their automated system is so annoying.
