Quest Diagnostics Old Village

Tara is the best in the business. I have and will continue to recommend her to friends and family due to her ability to take blood samples so well. (I have had bad experiences with nurses and other health care professionals). I ask for a prescription each time I need a blood draw so I can go where I am comfortable. I have had countless visits over the past 7 years, so I can confidently give this review.

Tara is amazing! I have an absolutely terrible time giving blood but she was incredibly patient. I didnt even have a bruise the next day.

In and out in less than 20min with an appt; the draw itself took less than 5min. Tara was extremely friendly. One of the best quest locations Ive visited so far.

Absolutely unprofessional. Came in on a Friday around 3pm, an employee informed me the facility stopped taking drug test at 3, even though they are open till 4:00-4:30pm. Came back this morning and signed in, was never told I needed to book an appointment to be seen as priority, and they expected me to sit and wait for all appointment clients to be tested first, although I was signed in prior. Even with an appointment they were taking 30-40 minutes just for basic testing. Do not come here for a quick pre-employment drug screen!
