I've been with Nationwide Insurance since 16 years old. Consultative Insurance Group ( CIG) is my third Nationwide agency and at 57 years old, I know that I will enjoy 5 star service for many years to come. My family and I over the years have had our fair share of mishaps whether our fault or not and CIG has always been spot on with service, organizing, and helping us through those unique situations. If I ever have any questions or concerns about anything they are always available when I call, and if by the odd chance they are busy with others at that time, I simply leave a message and their response is almost immediate. Nationwide Insurance has been a blessing for my family most of my life and look forward to many more years of 5 ⭐ service through Consultative Insurance Group !

We had a tree fall on our r v and within an hour our agent Tammy was there to assess the damage. Unfortunately out r v was a total loss but the professionalism of our agent was truly outstanding.

I have been with Kathe and Tammy for YEARS!! if I could clone and bottle this team I WOULD do so in a heartbeat!! They NEVER miss a chance to save us money, and watch over our account like true professionals....we have never had a surprise bill, all forms are sent to us in a timely manner and watched for return... Nationwide has competitive pricing, not the cheapest, but with this kind of reliability that we have always received from this team we aren't going anywhere. **full disclosure... I work for NW, but after watching this team in action for 4 years I decided to switch carriers and sought them out and have been with them ever since... that's even tho they are an hour and half away from me! They are that wonderful!!**
