I dint know what type of customer service this office normally does but what I received was not up to par and unfortunately unprofessional. #wasteofmytime First called made (around 1st wk of Jan 2023) talked to a Suada requested help on planning a 5-7 day cruise to preferably the western Caribbean she said she will get back to me after she do some researching and it will be with I believe with NCL.. I said okay I week and half go by do not here anything no email no spam email no call no nothing I called on Jan 18th spoke with a Christina explained to her who I last talked to and how I havent heard anything back l she explained due to the Dr. King holiday and the office was closed then Suada was off that could be y I havent heard anything she asked do I want to leave another message and she will send it to her. I said I guess Christina I guess sent the message over and then she came back to phone and said ok Suada said she will give you a call back she was on the phone or with a customer ok fine as of today still havent heard anything from this officeI called Jan 20th left message at option #0 with a Crystal about my experience so far with this business and guess what as of today I still havent heard anything back for any type of help or if anything was found to help plan a trip for later this yr. This is ridiculously unprofessional and total lack of interest to help a consumer. Thanks but NO THANKS for wasting my time. Im busy too and I will just take my business else where. A group of us visited the office to plan a trip to Italy next year. Rhonda was very friendly, informative and provided several helpful suggestions for preparing for our trip. The travel package was reasonably priced and offered many conveniences.
