Holiday Inn Express & Suites Springfield - Dayton Area, an IHG Hotel

We had a great, restful night at this location. Unfortunately, we woke to find our car on the trailer unhooked from the Uhaul truck we were pulling it with. The gas tank had been opened on the Uhaul, and the straps had been undone on the car on the trailer. We notified management, but of course, they do not secure their parking lot. Something to consider if you are in a similar moving situation.

We wanted to express how accommodating the hotel and the staff were here. They were extremely helpful with booking our team's travel and provided us a meeting room as well! We will definitely be back when traveling to Wittenberg! Carla the GM was so helpful along with her entire staff!

The room was nice but we accidentally left some jewelry in the room and when I called to asked if it had been turned in all the clerk would say he would check and hung up on me twice. How can you check and not get my name or number. The rings had nothing but sentimental value and who knows if the were turned in

2/1/2022-The staff always takes care of my needs, the rooms are clean and the hotel is being updated. 2/21/2024- Update the hotel is still being updated 2 years later, but housekeeping is now lacking along with the delays in construction. Front desk is still nice and helpful but the quality of the rooms has dropped. Noteworthy details: Finish the updates to the hotel please.. I prefer IHG brands.
