Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Springfield, OH

We stayed 3 nights and the room was never cleaned.

On my journey to Arkansas from Great Barrington Ma, I had put 700+ miles behind me and needed to eat and sleep. It was later in the evening, so I looked for places like Applebee's. Found one and low and behold, Country Inn and Suites was right across the street. It was meant to be. Got a room and proceeded to take my belongings in. I was amazed at the cleanliness, the fact that the room had a coffee pot, microwave and mini fridge, a beautiful desk area and a decent size tv. The bathroom was just as impressive. My biggest concern when staying at any place, is bed bugs. Well you won't find them here. Every precaution is taken to prevent them. From mattress covers to the cleanliness of the room. The next best thing was their breakfast. It wasn't just a continental breakfast, it was a buffet...lol. Everything you could want for your morning meal. Waffles, bacon, scrambled eggs, cereal, oatmeal, juice, bagels...on and on. Thank you for a wonderful night sleep and my morning get up and go. If you're traveling through this region, don't hesitate to make a reservation. You won't be disappointed. Rooms: Comfortable beds, very clean. Food & drinks: Great Breakfast

Not a hotel of my choice (booked by my work) but the staff was nice. Room smelled highly of smoke. 1 night was enough for me. Close to where I needed to go the next morning

I will never go back to this place again. I cked in at 4pm. Showed the lady at tge desk where I was parked and what I was driving. At 10pm she called my room and insisted that I move my vehicle and that I would have to park in another businesses parking lot. I left this place and went somewhere where I felt like my money was appreciated. Noteworthy details: Service was awful
