I recently stayed at the Country Inn & Suites in Springfield, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. The hotel had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, with friendly staff and clean common areas. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and ample amenities. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was important for my work needs. The breakfast options were decent, with a variety of choices to suit different dietary preferences. However, midway through my stay, an unexpected turn of events occurred. I was suddenly kidnapped from my room by unknown assailants. It was a terrifying experience, and I was unable to complete my stay at the hotel. I reported the incident to the hotel staff, who were shocked and immediately contacted the authorities. They took the situation seriously and provided me with support and assistance during this challenging time. Although my stay was cut short due to the unfortunate incident, I must commend the hotel staff for their prompt response and concern for my well-being. They took appropriate action and offered their assistance to the best of their abilities.

Great room for the price. This room would be considered their suite. Clean and comfortable. Super friendly staff! Stella and the other lady made sure date night was fantastic. Amazing staff. Edit 3/12/2023 Stayed here again. In the city for date night with wife. Again Stella was there and checked us in. Always comfortable clean and quiet here. With food and drinks with in a shirt walk. This place is doing it right
