I had an extraction done by Dr. Green on 01/30/2024. It was the most painful extraction Ive ever experienced in my life and Ive had multiple extractions. After leaving the pain worsened. After picking up my Tylenol 3 and antibiotics the pain subsided but the 3 stitches he put in all came out. I called the office and explained to the person that answered the phone that my stitches came out she stated that it was normal and theyre supposed to dissolve. I said I dont think you heard me correctly I just left the office and they came out she still tried to make me believe thats what they should do. It is now 02/14 Im still in pain and skin is detached from my gum. I explained that to the receptionist and all she was concerned with was if I heard back from my insurance company for my next procedure. I will never go back there and Im seeking legal advice.

If I could give a separate group of stars I would, 5 for Dr. Greene and 0 for the front desk. I had an appointment last September and called in July to say I wouldn't be able to make it as I am a travel nurse and would be out of the state. I was told I could get an appointment until March since I was canceling and they are really busy. I said that is the best you can do when I'm calling 3 months early? The lady hung up. I called back and the same person answered and I said I was about to ask if there was a cancelation could I be bumped up? She put me on for March, but I just went to another dentist as it was just a cleaning. They were good, but I like Dr. Greene and have been going to him since he was on Shaker Blvd. Although my recent experience was better I still have that disdain for the way I was previously treated. There should be communication classes regularly for people who deal with the public. I do concede that the new front desk personnel are much better than their predecessors.

Look at the review dates. I saw Dr. O. It was the worst experience Ive ever had. Im not afraid of pain, but this was absolutely barbaric. The past year, this place has declined. Update: the root canal I received here from Dr. O wasnt completed properly.upon viewing X-rays my new dentist, says the canal wasnt cleaned all the way to the root end. Still infected. Didnt clean all canals. This explains why I still have so much pain. I have been having so much pain since my last visit. Now,my insurance wont cover having to repair the faulty work done here at premiere smiles.$650 I dont have. Im filing a complaint with BBB. My heart and tooth aches. Never coming back. . Old review: Needs a hygienist. Havent had one in months. This place wasnt always lackluster in performance. I dont know what happened. Im searching for elsewhere. Its just not the same as years back. The staff is not very kind. And the pain. Oh my. This is The first dental office where Ive ever experienced such pain recently. Im honestly in more pain than when I arrived for treatment (root canal). I had to finish my appointment in two visits because of the unsuccessful mission. I feel like I will have lingering pain and damage and I dont feel my root canal is complete as I still feel sensitivity to cold. Something seemed off about my visits like perhaps the Dr is in training? Or theyre under stress? Or theyre borrowing help from other offices that are new to the profession? I cant put my finger on it, but I will say I experienced immense pain this go round and thats the truth. Also seems they have high turnover rate. It would be nice to see the same dr regularly. I am still in so much pain. I cant take ibuprofen for the rest of my days. The pain! I was not treated with care and my service was not properly completed. Now Im stuck with a bill and pain. Terrible. Im still very upset.
