Currently, in the process of taking this Dentist to the small claims court for him, refusing to fix one of my broken veneers. Hes telling me he will replace it for $1300 when Ive already paid him $8000 for the veneers when I first got them with his guarantee that they would be protected for life because his son was taking over the business. And this is after a few years ago, he replaced one and gave me a yellow tooth. Warning to all people, they do not protect their clients!!!!

Drs. Orr and Wilson have been wonderful for my wife and me since moving to Cleveland. The staff has always been kind, friendly, and prompt, and Dr. Orr and Dr. Wilson both take time when their in the room. I recommend their practice without hesitation!

At one time I had great confidence in Dr Orr, but he abused that confidence. I lost a crown and he wanted to use his then new crown making machine to replace it. He had made one previously so I didn't hesitate to have him make another. When I saw the crown it looked really small; I'd brought in the one I'd lost so I couldn't understand the difference in size. He assured me if there was any problem it would be corrected. The next visit he did a couple of crowns on the opposite side actually drilliing into another tooth to make it fit! (obviously rushing to finish) When I asked why he did that he said, "Oh that one will need a crown anyway!" After a couple of more visits to correct his "error" it was clear he had no intention of fixing anything. He only had his wife, Dr Pat, look into my mouth saying things looked ok to her. Well no surprise there! Over a year later every time I run my tongue across my teeth daily, I think of how my hard earn money was spent on these horrible fitting crowns which will need to be replaced. He is NOT a man of his word and will use the cheapest method while collecting the most money from you and your insurance company. BEWARE!!!

I don't know about everyone else, but the dental care that I received was informative and painless. The place is clean, the music is relaxing and the staff VERY Friendly. Dr. Orr gave me his cell# in case I have an emergency with my braces, I've never had a Dentist do that!

These people have always been very professional. I found them when I first moved here and I was having an emergency. They were the only dentists, after making about 6 or 7 calls who were willing to work me in. Since then, about 5 years now, I have been a patient. Dr. Orr and Dr. Wilson are fantastic. They look after the welfare of their patients. And their support staff are always very nice as well.
