Just ordered a chicken cheddar sandwich. It's was cold and thrown together. What a mess. When u wet 5 mins fir your food u expect it to be warm. This restaurant has went way downhill on food prep the last few years. I'm contacting corporate.

Great experience tonight! I ordered for the whole family $48 worth of food with several coupons. Thats a lot of food from Arbys. We got 8 sandwiches & a couple combo meals & 2 shakes. They made sure my order was right!! I received all my food and drinks. I felt bad I didn't have any cash to give the man a tip for him and his employees!! I will the next time I go there. Good Job!!
