S M on Google
Employees werent friendly at all, especially the female manager with the super short haircut. She didnt even apologize for THEM messing up my order and giving me chalupas that were falling apart. She also didnt hand me my food, she sat it on the counter and when I said thank you, I got no response. Shes definitely a great leader to look up to.
Strawberry freeze unavailable. Chalupa shells falling apart. Food flying out of the wrappers as soon as they were opened. Asked for extra sour cream and barely got it.
One of the employees (younger male) on the food line dropped something he was about to package and kicked it super hard under the food line stand.
The seating is ehh.
I totally get a new place is going to have kinks but you dont need training for good attitudes and good food presentation is common sense. Serve something that youd want to receive.
Another employee was on break/lunch and we overheard him telling a customer he doesnt even know how much hes getting paid to work there.
